Guilty as charged: we were bad this weekend. Very bad. BUT we are determined to get back on track! Kyle has a tux fitting next month for the wedding of two of our dearest friends in May so we have some work to do. That means no cheating and living in the gym for the next few months. We have been doing really well with our workouts but our diet has been slacking so we haven’t been getting the results we want.
Kyle hit the box bright and early this morning then came home and a paleo recovery breakfast for himself. Lunches were packed last night and consist of bangers and steamed veggies. Dinner tonight will be another one of our favorites, Butternut squash and eggs with sausage.
