&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt;Low carb biscuits&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ingrediants:&lt;br/&gt;1 cup plus 2 tbsp almond flour&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 tbsp butter&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/2 tsp salt&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;tsp baking powder&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3 egg whites&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;mix almond flour, salt, and baking powder ina bowl with a fork. cut in butter with a fork until it looks crumbly. let sit in fridge for 10 mins. then whip the egg whites until frothy and add, then let sit in fridge for 20 minutes. divide into 4 blobs on a greased/parchment paper(ed) cookie sheet. preheat oven to 400 and bake for 10-15 minutes&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ingredients&lt;br/&gt;
2lb Tri Tip&lt;br/&gt;
Dried Chipotle Pepper&lt;br/&gt;
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced&lt;br/&gt;
1 T Olive Oil&lt;br/&gt;
1 T Fresh Oregano&lt;br/&gt;
1 t Ground Cumin&lt;br/&gt;
1/2 t Salt&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Directions&lt;br/&gt;
Cook at 425 for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cover with aluminum foil for 15 minutes. Slice up and enjoy!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cooking up ground beef with our homemade taco seasoning is a great way to always have something delicious on hand and keep us from eating out when we are hungry and short on time. We tried it earlier this week as lettuce tacos but they proved to be pretty messy so we turned it into our own version of burrito bowls!&lt;/p&gt;
