Iced Coffee
I was dead on my feet this weekend and in desperate need of some cafe but with the thermometer hitting over 106 degrees I wouldn’t touch anything that hot with a ten foot pole. My remedy? Iced coffee! It is probably a really simple thing for many of you but for some reason I could never mine to turn out. It was always either crazy strong or way too light. I googled a few recipes and decided to go this route:
2 Tbsp of dark roasted coffee (I used Starbucks’ Verona) per cup of water
Brew on strong & refrigerate over night
Pour and top off with a bit of almond milk
Enjoy!
I was super excited this morning that it turned out so well and that I am able to get my coffee fix without the heat and saving a few a nickels.
